Discover Mirabelle Hua Hin

Walking into Mirabelle Hua Hin feels like slipping into a neighborhood spot that locals quietly swear by and travelers are happy they stumbled upon. The diner sits at 34 199 Soi 94, Hua Hin, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand, an easy-to-reach location that’s close enough to the buzz yet far enough to feel relaxed. I first stopped by after a long beach morning, sweaty and starving, and ended up staying longer than planned because the place simply made it easy to slow down.

The menu reads like someone actually sat down and thought about balance instead of trends. You’ll see comfort dishes alongside lighter plates, which makes choosing easier whether you’re craving something indulgent or trying to keep it clean. On my second visit, I watched a couple at the next table split a breakfast platter while debating which pastry looked best in the display case. That’s part of the charm here: the food invites conversation. Their eggs Benedict arrived with perfectly set yolks, while my own order, a classic omelet with fresh herbs, came out hot and neatly plated without trying too hard.

What stands out is how consistent the kitchen is. According to restaurant industry data shared by the National Restaurant Association, consistency is one of the top factors influencing repeat visits, even more than novelty. That tracks with what I’ve seen here. During a busy lunch rush, plates still go out looking the same as they do on a quiet afternoon. The process is simple but disciplined: prep early, keep the menu focused, and don’t overload the kitchen. You can taste that approach in dishes like their house sandwiches, where fresh bread, proper seasoning, and timing do all the heavy lifting.

Coffee deserves its own moment. The barista uses a measured brewing method, and you can tell they care about extraction rather than speed. I once asked about the beans and was told they rotate blends to keep flavors interesting while staying approachable. That attention aligns with findings from the Specialty Coffee Association, which notes that grind size and brew time are two of the biggest factors in flavor clarity. Even if you’re not a coffee nerd, you’ll notice the cup tastes clean, not bitter.

Reviews from regulars often mention the staff, and that’s not by accident. Service here feels trained but human. On one visit, a server noticed I hadn’t touched my side salad and casually asked if everything was okay, offering to swap it without making a scene. That kind of awareness builds trust, and trust is what keeps a diner busy year-round, not just during tourist season.

There are a few limitations worth noting. Parking on Soi 94 can be tight at peak hours, and during weekends the wait for a table can stretch longer than expected. The kitchen also sticks closely to its core menu, so if you’re hunting for experimental flavors, this may not be the place. Still, that focus is intentional and clearly communicated.

From breakfast through late lunch, the space hums with a mix of locals, expats, and visitors reading maps between bites. The location works because it fits into real life, not just vacation schedules. Whether you’re scanning menus online, checking locations, or scrolling through reviews before heading out, this diner delivers exactly what it promises: solid food, thoughtful preparation, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back without needing a special reason.

  • Stopped in to check out this small café and grab a coffee—wow, it’s so much more than just a simple bakery. The display was packed with beautiful cakes and pastries that looked almost too good to eat. The coffee was smooth, creamy, and not at all bitter—exactly how I like it. I couldn’t resist trying the chocolate croissant, and it was absolutely perfect: flaky, buttery, and rich with chocolate. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

  • Nothing needed to say more about this local gem. What they offered: be it a croissant, a galette 9r a sandwich, is done to perfection. So gooood! We didn’t get to try their other delicacies such as their salad, roast beef during this trip, but if I live in Hua Hin I would surely like to order their food for parties

  • The food was delicious, the staff gave very detailed introductions, and the coffee was aromatic. I'll definitely come back here to eat again if I have the chance to visit Hua Hin.

  • Great selection of hard to find french cheeses, all were very fresh, homemade pate was excellent. Service was awesome as i asked for a nice selection but only 50 grams each. Most places have a minimum of 100 gr but here they were happy to provide smaller portions. I keep comlng back for the cheeses and today i ordered the brie and salad sandwich which was the largest I ever had in Thailand and was delicious. I will be a regular that this place and cant wait to try the dishes.

  • Best Baguettes and Galettes in Hua Hin. Prepared personally by the French Chef owner. Allocate one meal here during your trip. Closed on Sundays. Park on street.

  • One of the best French bakeries in Hua Hin. Even my French friends say it's the best croissants they have had. Excellent selection of ham, cheeses, handmade chocolates, tarts, homemade French hot meals and pastries. Good service as well.

  • I finally got the chance to try the Mirabelle deli/restaurant on Soi 94 in Hua Hin. I ordered a baguette sandwich for breakfast on a recent Saturday morning. I had the Brie cheese with Paris Ham and lettuce/tomato. It was nice. The restaurant is rather small but they have both indoor and outdoor seating.
